Shipping Policy

We will work hard to ship your order in a timely manner through Australia Post, a delivery notification will be sent when your order is placed. Items will be shipped as soon as we are able and a notification will be sent by email. Delivery time frame is an estimation only, some areas may take longer than stipulated as it is out of our hands.

Shipping is calculated based on weight and your chosen postage option at check out. You will always know the shipping price before you agree to purchase. 

Some items may need to be ordered in and can take up to 3 weeks to be received into the store. We will always advise you if there is a delay with your item.
