Returns & Exchange Policy
We have a 48 hour exchange policy, please contact us with 48 hours by email to graceful elegance23@gmail.com if you would like to request an exchange. You can exchange the item for another size or style of the same or greater value.
To be eligible for an exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.
We do not refund any purchase, only exchange. No sale items, custom orders can be exchanged or refunded. Specialty items or custom orders made online will not be exchanged or refunded.
If your exchange request is accepted you will need to pay for the return postage along with the difference in value if the item chosen is more expensive. Items must be returned immediately after acceptance. Any item not received within 7 days, will not be accepted. Please email through proof of postage. Shipping of the return item is to be arranged by the purchaser.
Items returned to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Only one exchange can be made, so please choose carefully.
If you are unable to find a suitable item to exchange you will have 3 months from the time of acceptance to choose an alternative product.
Damaged items or issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the incorrect item so that we can evaluate issue and make it right.
